Marshmallow cake

Marshmallow cake:
5 eggs
2 cups castor sugar 
Beat till white 
Add 1 cup oil and beat again‎‎
Add 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups cake flour, 1/3 cup cocoa, 4 tsps b.p, 1 1/4 cups milk. Bake ḭñ oven pan. ‎
When cooled cut into blocks. Pour ganache over and deco as desired.

Can be made as vanilla, omit cocoa. 
Once baked make a syrup and brush syrup and sprinkle toasted coconut. ‎
