Watermelon salad

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
2 cups watermelon 🍉 cubed
1/2 cucumber 🥒 cut in 1/2 and sliced
1 ring pick n pay feta cheese cubed
1/2 red onion sliced
Chopped mint leaves
Toss all ingredients together.
Dressing
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A drizzle of olive oil
A sprinkling of mixed herbs
Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over.
