Saucy mochachos steak with savoury rice

1kg steak cut and washed
Marinate with
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons mochachos spice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1/2 teaspoons bbq spice
1 teaspoon Sujees peri peri masala
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Add 2 tablespoons oil to pot.
Cook in pressure cooker till done.
Must be saucy.
Before serving
Mix
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mochachos spice
Chilli flakes
Boil and throw over steak
Serve with a savoury rice
